DHA worked with the International Decision Support Initiative (iDSI) Secretariat, a network of global health experts. We helped them to articulate the importance of value for money in healthcare resourcing across the world for funders and potential country partners, as well as the process of how to do it.
In 2016 we developed a communications strategy with the team and then continued to advise on how to deliver it, including writing country case studies and short impact reports. Later, we conceptualized and developed the first iteration of their current website alongside a suite of digital animations explaining priority-setting (in conjunction with Cambridge FilmWorks) and highlighting the impact of their work across Western Africa and East Asia.
More recently we have advised on the strategic direction of the network, developing an advocacy strategy, inputting on presentations with funders, and facilitating team away days.
