Burnley Borough Council
The Burnley Task Force report highlighted the lack of effective communication as an important factor contributing to the problems in the borough. The Task Force suggested that Burnley Borough Council should establish a corporate professional communications function to oversee a more effective and proactive PR operation.
The Council approached DHA to review its existing media relations and its internal and external communications activity.
We continue to deliver media, communications advice and reports, working extensively with key staff to build in-house capacity through training, coaching and practical support.
