Fusion 21
Fusion 21 is a unique organisation - a procurement agency that works with seven housing association partners to tackle construction costs and skills shortages.
When Fusion 21 was set up, DHA provided press and public relations support to create confidence and support business growth. We worked closely with the organisation to develop and deliver key messages, create a proactive communication plan and provide training, coaching and support to staff.
Fusion 21 has won several major national awards from social housing, procurement and construction sectors, including the first ever Housing Corporation Gold Award. The former Office for the Deputy Prime Minister established a ₤33 million loan fund to help other housing associations adopt the Fusion 21 model.
