DHA is working with NPIA on the prestigious Independent Command Programme for senior officers and multi agency leaders. The ICP is a multi agency development programme for personnel who are in positions of independent command. Providing expert strategic communications inputs to the programme, DHA is helping future police service and other public service leaders to develop their skills and ensure that communications considerations are a key part of their strategic decision making.
