DHA worked with Compass to promote “Public Service Reform…But Not As We Know It”’, written by well known commentator, Hilary Wainwright and journalist Mat Little. The book argues for public service management becoming more democratic as the key to improving public service delivery as well as creating new jobs and protecting local economies.
DHA provided media support around the book’s launch which resulted in both national and regional coverage including the Guardian, the Independent, the Observer and trade press.
