Elephant and Castle Arts Regeneration
DHA has recently completed the creation of a cultural vision for Elephant and Castle ahead of the £1.5 billion ten-year regeneration of the area.
Working with Southwark Council and the Elephant and Castle Cultural Quarter Steering group, comprising key arts organisations in the area, DHA conducted extensive research and consultation, before shaping the 'cultural vision'.
The vision was designed to show the value of culture to Elephant and Castle's economic and social growth in order to encourage arts organisations, businesses and development agencies to work closely together to meet the community’s needs.
DHA produced a short film and accompanying designed document which was presented to key stakeholders and cultural players in the area.
